Please review our shipping policy before placing an order, as it indicates your agreement with our Terms of Service. We're here to answer any questions—your satisfaction is our priority.
Most products ship via freight, which differs from standard UPS/FedEx deliveries. Please review the process to understand it fully.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your online order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
- Please read your Order Confirmation email carefully and ensure the length/size, color, options chosen are correct. This is what you have input and this is what will be processed.
- If you have applied for financing, such as TimePayment, please read the equipment description carefully prior to signing any agreement.
- As soon as we receive your order we automatically verify that the item is in stock and available for shipment.
- If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the card authorization and promptly reach out to you via phone or e-mail with any alternatives.
- By placing an order you acknowledge that the item is able to maneuver / fit in your home and any returns as a result of size will be your responsibility, regardless of which delivery or installation option was chosen. Note that some brands are final sale. Please see Cancellations sections for information on returns and which brands are final sale.
We confirm with you before processing orders. Cancelling before processing is free. After processing, a 3.5% credit card fee or 5.9% Shopify installment fee applies, which is non-refundable.
Note: Freight items are large and heavy. Ensure you have help and enough space to move them.
Shipping Your Order
Once your item is confirmed in stock:
- Most orders ship within 5 business days, though some large items may take longer. We will email tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.
- Heavy items ship via freight, with delivery taking approximately 5-10 business days. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, so please order early to avoid inconvenience. Remote locations may have specific delivery days, and freight companies do not deliver on weekends. Deliveries are scheduled within 4-hour windows between 8am and 5pm.
- If you don't receive tracking information, check your junk mail or inquire with us. Shipping times may be longer during holidays or supplier backlogs, and we'll inform you if this occurs.
- For white glove and professional installation, delivery times will be longer as the product ships to the installer first. For more details, review our Installation FAQ – Bars & Games.
Please note that some large items may take longer than 5 business days to ship, as we need to ensure they are crated safely to avoid transit damage.
Custom-built items have lead times. They cannot be canceled once in production, and no refunds will be issued if canceled during this time. No exceptions.
Rest assured we will do our very best to ensure prompt delivery.
Changing Addresses After Placing An Order
For your security, all addresses are cross-checked for fraud and a new address requires a new order.
IN ORDER TO REMAIN IN COMPLIANCE WITH PAYPAL AND OTHER CREDIT CARD PORTAL POLICIES, DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGES ARE NOT PERMITTED ONCE AN ITEM HAS SHIPPED. ANY RETURNS THIS MAY CAUSE WILL BE TREATED AS A REGULAR RETURN PER OUR RETURN POLICY.
Delivery Instructions: How To Receive Your Order
The delivery instructions email will be sent to the same address as the order confirmation. Not receiving the email does not exempt you from the following:
- Each freight shipment should arrive on a pallet. If not, open every box in front of the driver.
- If the shipment arrives on a pallet but the box is damaged (rips, cracks, tears, holes, water, etc.), open it in front of the driver.
- If the boxes on the pallet are undamaged and the product is intact, you can accept the shipment.
- Ensure the number of boxes matches the delivery bill (Bill of Lading).
- Do not discard the carton, crate, or pallet until you confirm the product is in good condition.
- If the driver does not allow you to check the boxes, take pictures and refuse the shipment.
- If the product itself is visibly damaged, refuse the shipment and take pictures.
- Note any damage on the delivery bill/receipt (e.g., "Damaged Box" or "Damaged product").
- By accepting a damaged box or not inspecting every box and signing for it in "Good Condition," you waive the right to refunds or replacements. Do not accept damaged items. You are the final inspector.
AFTER CHECKING ALL SIDES OF BOXES:
- If the condition and quantity of your freight are acceptable, sign the delivery receipt.
- The driver will give you a copy and take the original as proof of "clear and good" delivery.
- A signed receipt without noted exceptions is a "clear delivery," indicating no shortages or visible damage at delivery.
Damage or Missing Parts: Reporting Instructions
Open your package upon receipt, not waiting for any event.
If you find "concealed damage" (contents damaged but packaging intact), follow the procedures below for refunds or replacements. Please read these instructions carefully:
- Report any concealed damage within 24 hours to retain your right to a refund, repair, or replacement.
- Take pictures of all sides of the box to prove it was undamaged before opening. Always refuse a visibly damaged box.
- Do not assemble a product or discard the packaging of a damaged product, as this forfeits your right to a refund. We do not accept or resell used products.
- Damaged products must remain in their original packaging and unused. No returns or replacements for used or assembled products. No exceptions.
If someone else will receive or set up your product, please inform them of our Shipping & Returns policy without exception.
- REFUSE ANY DAMAGED DELIVERY. YOU ARE THE FINAL INSPECTOR AND RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE CONDITION UPON ARRIVAL.
- Send any photos to support@barsandgames.com so that we may process any insurance claim/replacement.
In order to receive a refund or replacement for "concealed damage":
- You agree to keep the damaged item and its original packaging until we or the manufacturer provide further instructions.
- You agree to not dispose of the original box/carton the item came in for proof that the damage was not visible.
PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF SHIPPING INSURANCE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL AN ITEM BE REFUNDED OR REPLACED IF THE ITEM OR ITS BOX/PACKAGING HAVE BEEN DISCARDED. THIS IS REQUIRED FOR INSURANCE AND PROOF OF CONCEALED DAMAGE.

Cancellations & Refunds
IMPORTANT: DO NOT ASSEMBLE OR USE ANY ITEM YOU WISH TO RETURN. WE DO NOT RESELL USED ITEMS AND CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ASSEMBLED OR USED PRODUCTS.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Most purchases can be canceled at no cost prior to production or shipment.
Please ensure that any purchase is able to fit into your room of choice. Neither we or our installers make any guarantees it will fit, as we are not intimate with the layout of your home or office. In the event of a return because an item does not fit into your space, it will be considered a return. Note that custom-built items and some brands have a strict final sale policy.

We understand freight damage is frustrating and strive to make replacements easy.
For products from the above-listed categories or brands, we offer replacements or repairs for damage. Returns or cancellations due to transit damage, loss, or missing parts are not permitted. Issues with third parties or carriers are part of doing business, and we will help resolve them promptly.
For other products or brands, if you cancel after shipping:
- Returnable items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in original packaging, unopened, and unused.
- You are responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping, a 20% restocking fee, and a 3.5% credit card fee (5.9% for Shopify installments).
- Refunds are processed once the item is received in good condition. Items returned damaged, used, or unsaleable will not be refunded.
All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, as we cannot sell used items:
Freight delays can occur due to carrier dock delays, item loss, weather, and other factors beyond our control. While inconvenient, these are not grounds for cancellation. Please see the Freight Issues & Delivery Times section for more information.
CUSTOM LENGTH, CUSTOM DESIGN, OR CUSTOM STAIN PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE CANCELED OR ALTERED ONCE IN PRODUCTION. THESE ARE NOT STOCK ITEMS, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AND ARE BUILT EXPRESSLY FOR YOU, HENCE CANNOT BE RESTOCKED.
Are Credit Card or Shoppay Installment Fees Refundable?
No, they are not. If you cancel an order that we have processed and / or shipped, credit card or Shopify Installment processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
- 3.5% for credit or debit/credit cards
- 5.9% for Shopify Installment plans
Your card or Shopify Installment charge us these non-refundable fees, which we simply pass onto you should you decide to cancel.
Custom-Built Items Policy
Products built specifically for you and not arriving in batches are considered custom-built. These items have lead times and are not immediately available to ship.
Examples of custom-built products, but not limited to these, are Tornado Furniture Foosballs, Hudson, or Venture Pool Tables, any coin-operated machine or game table. Please see "Cancellation & Refunds" section for a comprehensive list.
Once the manufacturer starts building your custom product, they cannot cancel the order or provide a refund, even with production delays. By canceling, you forfeit all funds paid. No exceptions.
To ensure transparency and good business, we advise against ordering custom-built products if you cannot wait for production. If you cannot accommodate potential delays, consider stock options that ship quickly. Avoid ordering custom-built products for specific deadlines or events unless you order well in advance.
We understand transit damage can occur and will work to provide replacement parts promptly. We reserve the right to repair custom-built items instead of replacing them.
Reminder: Custom-built products are final sales and non-returnable. In case of transit damage, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. By ordering, you agree to our terms and those of the manufacturer.
Custom replacement parts may take longer to ship than regular stock parts. We understand this can be inconvenient and aim to be transparent about lead times for custom items and their replacements.
If your item needs an installer, we'll find one as soon as possible. In remote areas, this may take longer.

If time is crucial, we recommend ordering in-stock items, as custom-built items have no guaranteed timeframes for delivery or repairs. We'll do our best to expedite your order, but please understand we can't control third parties (shipping, logistics, weather, etc.).

Your Shipping Insurance
We provide complimentary shipping insurance with all orders to ensure your order is fully protected in transit. This insurance allows us to replace or refund any order damaged during shipping at no cost to you.
By accepting a damaged box and signing for it in "good condition," or not reporting concealed damage within 24 hours, you forfeit any right to refunds or replacements.
If a box is visibly damaged during shipping, it may indicate damage to the item inside. Always note any damage on the delivery bill; otherwise, insurance claims and refunds/replacements cannot be processed.
We know this seems straightforward, but credit card companies require us to disclose it!
We strive for your 100% satisfaction. If we process an insurance claim for damage, we will provide a refund or replacement immediately. However, you must hold onto the damaged item until the claim is resolved.
Refusing to keep the damaged item voids our ability to offer refunds or replacements, as this is standard practice with all U.S. carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.). This does not make you responsible for the damage.

Important To Understand: What is Curbside Delivery?
Freight carriers deliver to the curb where it meets your driveway or business front. They will call ahead to schedule a convenient time window, on weekdays only .
Carriers do not bring items inside due to insurance requirements, which would double shipping costs. For inside delivery and setup, choose white glove service, which includes room placement and debris removal for an additional fee.
Carriers are not obligated to navigate long driveways or parking lots. For more details, see below.
Once parked, the freighter will open the rear cargo hold for you to lower the item and carry it to your home or office. This is standard for curbside freight. Additional services are available for a fee (see below). Small orders via FedEx/UPS are delivered to your door as usual.

We are here to answer any questions before you order to ensure peace of mind. If you refuse delivery due to choosing the wrong delivery method, it will be treated as a return per our "Cancellation & Refunds" policy. By ordering, you agree to this policy.
Some deliveries may incur extra costs for remote or hard-to-access locations. If this happens, we will inform you promptly so you can decide whether to proceed with the shipment.
Once you choose a delivery method at checkout, inform us before shipping if you need to change it. Not all shipping companies offer services like liftgate, white glove delivery, or installation.
This is crucial, as refusing or being unable to accept delivery will result in shipping and restocking charges.
Does Delivery Include Setup?
No, it does not. Some high-end brands may offer it as a limited-time promotion, and this will be clearly noted on the product page.
What is Front Door/Garage Delivery?
For a business, the carrier will take the freight into the storefront. For a residence, the carrier will take the shipment onto the property, or into the garage of the residence.
They will not deliver inside the front door, but rather at the front door.

Storage Fees & Delays
By placing an order, you agree to accept delivery. If you need a future delivery date, let us know, and we will arrange it. You agree to accept the product on that specified date.
If you delay delivery after your order ships, the shipping company may return your merchandise or charge storage fees.
Items cannot be stored for more than 5 business days. If you don't respond after the item is in transit, it will be processed as a return:
If the freighter returns your merchandise due to a delay in accepting it, you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways and a restocking fee of at least 25%. For non-returnable or final sale items, you will be responsible for the full cost, including any third-party and shipping fees. If the shipping company retains the item and charges storage fees, you agree to pay these fees in full before delivery. We are not responsible for any delays on your part. No exceptions.
In short, please avoid delaying delivery as shipping companies have limited flexibility due to legal and insurance constraints. By ordering, you agree to cover all costs related to any self-imposed delays.
Freight Issues & Delivery Times
We strive to ensure prompt delivery of your merchandise. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier dock delays, item loss, or inclement weather.
While we understand this is inconvenient, it is not grounds for cancellation, and we do not guarantee delivery dates.
Freight issues can happen with any carrier, and you agree to allow us and the freight company reasonable time to resolve them. Please note:

IN THE RARE EVENT A CARRIER ISSUE OCCURS, WE WILL ALWAYS STRIVE TO RESOLVE MATTERS RAPIDLY FOR YOU. SHOULD YOU WISH TO CANCEL AN ORDER WITHOUT GIVING THE FREIGHT COMPANY TIME TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED A REGULAR CANCELATION AND HENCE FALL UNDER THE "CANCELATION & RETURNS" POLICY.
Color & "Sight Unseen" Disclaimer

- Some game machines have a mandatory shipping charge, a condition required by the manufacturer to all resellers.
While we strive to offer free shipping during promotions, some locations are excluded, such as Hawaii, Alaska, islands, heavy metro areas, hotels, rural areas, or remote locations. Coast-to-coast or long-distance shipping may also not be covered to ensure fast and safe delivery.
